Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver to residents of Lethbridge.

How will my food stay fresh in transit?

We use ice packs and insulated lined boxes to ensure your products are kept cold and fresh for up to 24 - 48 hrs from the time we box your order.

What if I am not home to receive my delivery?

Our delivery person will leave your box at your specified drop-off location, where it will stay cold and fresh until you get home.

Are all of the ingredients in the meal kits local?

Our goal is to source the ingredients in your Meal Kits locally, however this is not always feasible or possible. We work very hard to build relationships with farmers and producers to seek out local products. If you have a suggestion for a local product we could include, please let us know at hello@mochalocal.ca

Why can’t I set up automated ordering?

We are excitedly working on our subscription feature, for now you can order Meal Kits and from the Farmers’ Market up to three weeks in advance.

Why do I have to wait 10 days to receive my first box?

When we receive your order, our farmers and producers need to harvest and prepare the ingredients. This turnaround takes time, but ensures freshness and quality.

Can I pick up my order?

For now, we only offer delivery right to your door. When we expand, we will be offering pick-up at our new location.

Can I recycle the Mocha Local packaging?

The cardboard box, liners, & paper bags are recyclable and compostable. Plastic bottles and bags can all be put in your recycling bins. We also reuse our boxes, ice packs and insulated liners. All you have to do is leave these items out on your front step and we will pick it up when we deliver your next package. If something is no longer in a condition to be reused, we will still pick it up and do the recycling and composting for you.
