Four Cheese Tortelloni


A favourite amongst Let’s Pasta vendors and customers for 2 decades.  We blend four fabulous cheeses to create this Let’s Pasta favourite – Alberta made Ricotta cheese, Romano, Parmiggiano and Mozzarella cheese.  Toss with a warmed bruschetta and fresh herbs, or simply make a cheese sauce using your favourite blends of cheeses and bake.  No artificial additives or preservatives are added to any of our products.

From Let's Pasta: In the tradition of Italian heritage and cuisine, we use only the finest ingredients. All our artisanal pastas are crafted with 100% non-gmo, Canadian prairie duram semolina and free range eggs.
