James Meservy, the proprietor of Old West Ranch Cheese Factory, has been making Canada's only farmstead buffalo mozzarella at his family's farm in Mountain View, Alberta. A one-man operation, he is the rancher and the cheesemaker, and we love his creamy artisanal fresh mozzarella.
We currently deliver to residents of Lethbridge, Coaldale, Coalhurst, and Taber! We also offer Pickup on Tuesdays from Mocha Local.
